Performance Nutrition for the Endurance Athlete
Low Fuel Warning! As an endurance athlete, you’ve either been there or you’re going to be there. Regardless of how much you’ve trained or how fit you are, nutrition is responsible for about 50% of your power output and performance. If you’re confident that a pre-race pasta dinner is going to power you to the finish line, you may be in for an unnecessarily long and grueling day.
